About Me

I am 26 years, originally from the South Coast of England, a place called Bournemouth, a couple hours outside London. Bournemouth is 45 minutes from Stonehenge and Salisbury as well as 30 minutes from Southampton where the Titanic set sailed. I moved to Orlando, Florida in the United States when I was 18, to work at Walt Disney World. I lived in Florida working in Hospitality for 6 years, working all around Disney as well as for Starwood Resorts. I completed my Associates degree in Orlando before moving to New York City to further my education at Baruch College. I am currently in my 3rd year studying Business Entrepreneurship. I live in Hells Kitchen, in Midtown West of Manhattan and serve and bartend part time at a restaurant called Seven Bar and Grill by Madison Square Garden. In the future I wish to open my own chain of English style pasty bakehouses across the US.
